Introduction: I really care what it looks like in the end. Some small projects won't hardly take any time at all. On the large order projects every detail must not be over looked. From the first day there to the last dust pile. We are communicating. With in our projected budget. And my goal is to have the customers satisfied. Generally most people that care about their homes and their living environment. They want the things that tend to last, and that's how I build things. I like learning how to do new things. Using new products. Using my hands to create. I like to salvage all sorts of old wood and making new creations out of something that is very old and was thrown out.

Wayne has done a number of jobs for us over the past year. We are happy we found him!! In the fall he cleaned out our gutters and discovered that our roof had damage from an ice dam the previous winter. He then installed a metal roof with meticulous care. He pays attention to small detail. I trust him and find him easy to do business with. This spring he is rebuilding our back deck. This job is a bit of a challenge as older houses shift and get out of square. He is not daunted by the glitches that arise. I actually enjoy watching him problem solve. I recommend Wayne without reservation. He does excellent work, charges fair prices, and is generous with his time and expertise.

From big jobs and new roofs to little detailed jobs like making a piece of trim fit an odd angle, Wayne is a problem solver. He has good ideas for getting the job done and tailoring to our house. Additionally, Wayne is so easy to work with and very open to suggestions. Wayne is a huge asset to any of the jobs you need completed.

Wayne did wonderful reinforcement and restoration on two dear old building on our property. Now, we have space for many people to enjoy both the comfort of historical buildings and the beauty of our land.

Wayne did a marvelous job installing two new exterior doors and entry systems for the condominiums where I am an owner of one of six. The persistance of methodical attention to details is evident in the results of his work. The job was completed ahead of schedule for a better price than other estimates. The other condo owners here seem favorably impressed, too. I will be asking Wayne to do other projects for the condo association as they arise.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Small quick fix it jobs squeaking hinge. To doing doors, windows, toilet, faucets replacements. Finish carpentry. Along with Bathroom remolding to doing Deck building and replacement and maintenance. Siding homes with wood or fiber cement. It really depends on what needs need to be met. I can do lots of things. They are truly surprised in the end.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
See that first I'm am knowledgeable in what it is that you want then go from there. I would recommend that you first have a look at some of my past work. Get lots of bids, compare products, weight your options. Nail down project cost and the budget. Then the time line off how long it will take and when you will be working on the project and days you will not be. Talk to other other trades people that is a good source of who you are dealing with. References are good to.
