- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In a era where customers are always looking for the best bang for their buck, they lose a lot of quality in product. We give the best price for the best quality product, whether its our meat or our sides, we want the customer to know they are getting a high end product for a low cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want the customer to feel comfortable in asking us questions about our product, and not be afraid to think outside the box when inquiring about what we have to offer. Also, if they have a budget I want them to feel comfortable stating it upfront, and allowing us to work within that budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out just a guy that received a grill for a wedding gift & found my love for all thing grilled & smoked. It went from there to catering, to a restaurant & back to just catering as that is where my passion is.
