- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial Quote/Bid is generally an "estimate" based on the information provided by the customer. Generally I prefer to meet in person to properly assess the project and provide a fair price to the customer. I do not charge for in person estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer to discuss the details of the project. - Finalize pricing - Determine Schedule work to be completed on. - Collect Deposit (Generally 50%)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work in the Commercial Painting field full time. In addition to basic training provided by my employer I work in the field with professional painters and contractors every day.
