That’s why we offer free in-home design consultations for homeowners — we’ll review your space, present multiple options, and help you choose what fits best. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you choose Square Oaks, you’ll be paired with your own project coordinator who’s your single point of contact. We’ll come out for a final measure to confirm all details, then order your windows or doors. Once we have a ship date, we’ll call to schedule your installation. On install day, our professional crew reviews the project with you again before starting. After everything is complete, we’ll walk through together to make sure the job meets both of our expectations. From start to finish, it’s a stress-free, neighborly process — no surprises, just quality work backed by a veteran-owned team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Rick, spent several years in the home improvement industry before founding Square Oaks, bringing his military values of service and accountability into the trade. Beyond Rick’s experience, we’ve built a team with over 70 years of combined expertise in window and door installation and a design team with 50+ years in home improvement design. Many of our team members came from some of the leading companies in the industry, but chose Square Oaks because they wanted to do things differently — focusing on quality, integrity, and making a positive impact for homeowners across Wisconsin.
