Let me preface this by saying - I don’t know anything about bugs and how to make them go away other than screaming, running around the house and begging my son to kill them for his Mommy. When I purchased a new home, I reached out to Hawx to make sure I had no underlying issues before moving into my new abode.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with John R., Devin H. and Will F. today. Not only were they on time, polite, patient, thorough and kind - they never once made me feel like my questions were inappropriate, my fear of bugs was anything to be ashamed of and most of all - they made me feel taken care of in my new home for not only today, but moving forward.
I simply couldn’t imagine not having them as the company for me when I need any pest help - and was simply amazed they shared direct work numbers and didn’t push me off with a generic call center listing if I have any type of pest emergency and any difficulties reaching the customer service team.
I simply cannot recommend this company enough to anyone who was like me - and didn’t know where to start. Not only did they take care of everything, they listened and cared. They didn’t try and gouge or tack on additional service that weren’t needed.
They are professional, kind and were simply a pleasure. I cannot thank them enough.

Contacted them for rodent removal. Got confirmation that their first visit would include inspection AND baiting (because you’d have to pay beforehand). The pro came out and said we needed to seal the place ($6k worth) before they started baiting. I wasnt home when the pro came, I called customer service to ask why baiting wasn’t completed, they didn’t know and rescheduled. The day came when the pro was supposed to come out again but never showed. Called customer service to see where the hell the pro was, and they couldn’t get a hold of him but saw that he canceled the appointment! I tried to get a refund because the pro didn’t do anything that he should’ve done, but no. I had to pay $200 to get out of a contract and the $100 fee all for their “pro” to take pictures of the house and suggest it being sealed. SCAM! Take your business elsewhere, or lose money.

Each service comes with a re-service guarantee that creates peace-of-mind for each customer. We'll come back for free to re-service a property if any pest activity comes back.
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home and property that we need to treat. We provide discounts for bundling service plans together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to communicate openly with our customers about our service program and make sure they understand all the benefits tied to our plans. We'll send out the local service professionals on the initial visit to walk through these benefits and provide the customer with additional resources (i.e. like how to access their customer portal).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hawx prides itself in its training. We ensure all our techs are licensed, certified and educated so we can provide the best service. We hold frequent trainings and meetings to individually grow our technicians in knowledge and professionalism to make sure we deliver premium services. Our technicians receive compensation increases and bonuses based on continuing education and additional certifications they obtain.
