- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair because I do this as a side job to stay busy. I also take fewer jobs which keeps my schedule open.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation to understand the project and explain my process. With a bigger project I like to come the owners home and provide an accurate analysis of what can be expected. When starting a project I'll map out a plan and work on things in an efficient order. As items are completed I like to have feedback from the customer to ensure things are going as expected.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Like most, I got started young by helping my father with projects around the house. As I grew older and determined to learn more I took on more ambitious projects as a means to save money with my own needed repairs. I love helping people and staying busy. So naturally being able to provide a large array of services for people is what I'm passionate about.
