FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always price things fairly and complete. I am always happy to put things in writing, and have phone calls to explain things in detail or the reasoning behind them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first, I try to wrap my head around the scope of the project and then I determine if the timeframe that I can complete it in aligns with my client and finally, I provide a detailed pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors in fine art photography and my drone pilots license. I also have a fishing license but no of these licenses have anything to do with handyman work, lol. In all seriousness, from age 22 to 30, I worked full-time for a medium-size commercial construction company in the field and then later in the office as a project estimator. However, experience in doing specific tasks is much more valuable than anything else. I also have a large network of other professionals that I call on to bounce ideas off… And of course we all have the Internet :-)
