I was texted ASAP and received a quote for a repair not soon after that. The price and timing where perfect. The work was done the next day as the weather worked out and I moved my work schedule around. The work was done on time and can't say enough about the experience. Thank you Garrett and Leapfrog! I have worked in customer service over 25 yrs and can say this is really appreciated the experience.

Thank you Garret for helping fix my roof. I reached out to Garrett/Leapfrog on a Thursday and asked if could repair my roof as a shingle had come loose. Garrett texted me ASAP and sent me a estimate right away. The price was more than fair. On Friday Garrett came over and fixed the issue and was right on time and great with communicating everything to me. Thank you Garrett and leapfrog for helping me. I would definitely reccomend and will be in touch when the time is right for my roofreplacement.

Garrett/Leap Frog was great to work with! We will definitely use them again for future roofing and siding needs. They were kind, punctual, reasonable, professional. Always responsive to any questions we had, we never felt pressured by any sales pitch, it was one of our best overall home repair/improvement experiences. Our house is 100 years old so we’re familiar with repairs and contractors. I have and will definitely recommend to family and friends!

They listened to my needs and provided a set of options that well addressed my concerns. They spent the time required to try to match the color of my shingles in the area requiring replacement. Their pricing seemed competitive for the services. Id recommend them

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free consultations at the appointment. If you are a senior or veteran, you will receive a $500 discount on a full roof replacement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to meet with you first and let you know how long the appointment will go. For roof appointments, you can expect us to be there from 60-90 minutes. Next, we will sit down with you and discuss your specific needs to better understand how we can help. Then we will do a thorough inspection (ex. Get photos, and even make a short video to bring the roof down to you!). Fourth, we will demo our products and then give you the estimate on the spot. We then will present affordable payment options for your roof system package. Timelines and scheduling would follow so you know when to expect your new roof install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certainteed Master Craftsman which means that we are certified to give you extended warranties on your new roof.
