Although we've had some issues finishing due to the weather, Sam is quite the artist with building. Handmade dovetail on 6x6 beams just so they are stronger and look better as he puts it, most other carpenters would just get the pergola up. He's professional to the core. Can't say enough about the quality of workmanship. If you can book him, use him!

I can’t say enough about Sam at Costner Enterprises. He responded within 15 minutes after request submitted and completed the job 4 days later . He repaired the entry door from garage to house which had been kicked in resulting in splintered door jamb and messing up frame and locks- a far from straightforward job. He worked until job completed to his meticulous standards with it looking like a new install when he finished . I would absolutely hire Sam for future projects ! He will exceed your expectations !
