Our typical process for working with a new client is professional and client-focused: 1. Provide details & choose a date/time: Clients complete a form on our website with their property information and preferred date and time for an estimate walkthrough.  2. Schedule your walkthrough online: After submitting the questionnaire, our team contacts the client by email to confirm and coordinate the visit.  3. Receive your personalized quote: We review the walkthrough details and send a clear, tailored quote based on the service needs of the space.  4. Payment and service agreement: Once the quote is approved, the client confirms the service date by providing a deposit and signing the service agreement. This guarantees the scheduled appointment.  5. Service day and eco-friendly cleaning: On the confirmed date, our team arrives punctually and delivers a professional, eco-friendly cleaning experience that leaves the space spotless.
