- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. Although we are in the business to make a living,we also know (from being in the field so long) that a roofing project is very expensive,so we try and find a product that fits your budget. We offer a variety of roofing products all the way from entry level,to lifetime warranties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we’ll have a conversation on the phone about exactly what they’re looking for and then I come to the home and check everything and measure up the project. If I think a repair is appropriate I’ll let them know. I generally have a number for them within 24 hours
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master shingle applicator,OSHA certified, asbestos removal certified,safety training,contractors license,steep slope certification,built up roofing certification,single ply(rubber roofs and TPO)certification and have been in the field for over 20 years
