Milwaukee Epoxy Pros did an awesome job on my storefront floor! The guys were super easy to work with, showed up on time, and really knew what they were doing. The floor looks amazing — smooth, shiny, and professional. I’ve already gotten a bunch of compliments from customers. Definitely recommend them if you want your floors done right!

I feel obligated to share my experience with Milwaukee Epoxy Pros and Naseem Tabateh so other property owners don’t go through what I did. Last summer, I hired this company to remove approximately 4,000 square feet of existing tile and install a brand-new epoxy flooring system. This was a large project, but they assured me they had the experience, equipment, and crew to handle it professionally and efficiently. At one point, there were nearly 10 workers on site. With that size crew, I expected the project to move quickly and be completed properly. Instead, the job dragged on for almost two months. For a project of this size with that many workers, this timeline was completely unreasonable. Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were missed, and there always seemed to be excuses for delays. Unfortunately, the worst part was the final result. The epoxy began turning yellow. There was obvious discoloration throughout the floor. The finish was uneven and did not look like a professional installation. Over time, it became clear that the installation itself had completely failed. After spending a significant amount of money and waiting nearly two months for completion, I was left with a floor that looked worse than what I started with. This was not a small cosmetic issue — this was a full installation failure. For a brand-new epoxy system, this should not happen. Based on my experience, I would never trust this company again with any flooring work. I strongly recommend doing extensive research and considering other contractors before hiring Milwaukee Epoxy Pros. I regret choosing them for this project and hope this review helps someone else avoid the same costly mistake.
