Marcus was exceptional to work with and I highly recommend him! I had a unique situation in that I live out-of-state and needed a few repairs done for a tenant's apartment. With that and it being the first time using someone through the app, I was nervous, but he made the process super easy and was very responsive, professional, and kept me updated on everything. He was in and out fairly quickly and even took the time to send pictures of options for parts he'd need before purchasing and installing. His rates are fair and worth it.
