FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and always fair. We keep our rates below the industry average because our student-led model allows us to pass the savings directly to you without cutting corners on quality. We offer a referral program where if you send a friend, neighbor, or family member our way and they book a service, you receive a discount on your next visit or a gift card to anywhere of your choosing! Loyal customers deserve to be rewarded. We also proudly offer discounted rates for seniors, veterans, and first responders and healthcare workers, because those are the people who built and protect this community and they deserve to be taken care of. You will always know what you are paying before we start, and our 100% satisfaction guarantee means if it is not right, we come back and fix it at no additional cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, the first thing I do is get on the phone or respond quickly to understand exactly what they need. From there I will come out and do a walkthrough of the property so I can give an accurate, honest estimate rather than a number pulled out of thin air. Once we agree on the scope and price, we schedule the job at a time that works for the customer and we show up on time, ready to work. After the job is done I always follow up to make sure everything met expectations, because the relationship does not end when we put the equipment away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying Economics and Law at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, which has sharpened my ability to manage projects, communicate professionally, and run a business the right way. Beyond the classroom I have hands-on years of experience in every service we offer, from basic lawn maintenance all the way through hardscaping and property enhancements. I have learned through real work, real customers, and real results, and every season I get sharper.
