- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated about how I'm compensated... If listing a home, there is a mutually agreed upon sales commission percentage with the Seller at closing and if representing the Buyer, I'm paid at closing through the listing broker offering a pre-determined percentage portion of the Seller's commission to the listing broker.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), certified as a Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) and certified in Short Sales & Foreclosures (SFR). Keeping up with my local real estate market, trends & laws help me to ensure my client's successful transactions.
