Introduction: Our goal is to maintain the reputation we have worked hard to earn over the last 30 years as a premier painting/drywall and construction contractor, and that means putting the quality of our finishes and the service to our customers ahead of everything else. A great finished product always starts at the preliminary stages, so detailed planning and preparation is everything. Whether that involves checking for bowed studs prior to installing drywall or reading through product data pages to allow for sufficient drying time between coats, these steps need to and will be taken to ensure a quality finished product. By taking the necessary initial steps and following proper procedure, the customer will always have the best finished product.

Initially had a hard time getting a set date and time for the work to start due to weather conditions and being the end of the season, but am very pleased with the finished results. Were very willing to work within our budget to get the project completed.

After our basement flooded and was gutted, we hired Infinity Pro to do the rebuild which included: drywall, texturing, and painting Michael and his crew were very professional and intent on making the end result meet our expectations. Michael was a great collaborator on color selection and was always willing to brainstorm or troubleshoot issues. He added a lot of value to the experience and we are very happy with the outcome. We will continue to use Infinity Pro for future project!

When we first contacted infinity pro- the owner was quick to respond and schedule time for a walk through. He was very responsive regarding any questions we had. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes. We decided to hire the company based on the responsiveness and discussion regarding professionalism, attention to detail and cleanliness. Work was to include: replacement of part of subfloor, build out of one wall (including a dog station at no additional charge) dry wall repair in kitchen and basement (texture and paint those effected areas), hanging cabinets and additional interior paint outside of original quote. Unfortunately the process from there did not go as smooth. Signed contract in May with a project start date in June. Mid-June another walk through was requested and at that time we were told the project was delayed by 3 weeks due to other projects that were on going. Next start date didn’t happen due to another delay. We agreed on another start date and time frame so that the next steps could be scheduled with other contractors (electrician, counters, etc.). We agreed that the completion date would be 7/17- allowing 2 weeks for the work to be done. Basement work begun on 6/28 (drywall replacement)- turns out they did not bring the items needed to quarantine the work area and also needed to use my drop cloths as they didn’t bring their own. Cost of quarantine was included in cost as well as a separate line for clean up. The same worker returned the next day to sand- again no quarantine. At the end of the day the drywaller indicated that Michael would return the next day to texture/finish. I left Michael a voicemail regarding the mess (they also had gotten mud on the carpet and other areas, left trash and use our personal vacuum to attempt at vacuuming up pieces of drywall). I received a text back that nobody was coming Friday… I followed up with Michael on July 5th and was told there was a family emergency and he needed to take a week off (no workers were available to come and work during this time). After a lot of follow up on our part, work started on the 24th upstairs. Michael did clear the basement when he arrived. Unfortunately the rest of the time work was being done there was no punctuality or communication about delays unless we reached out to him. He also informed us that he would not have time/ability to hang the cabinets and would credit us. At this time we also decided we would have someone else handle the painting as we were very behind schedule. We ended up agreeing the drywall would be done (upstairs) including the texturing. We would have someone else do all painting, hang cabinets. On the last day of work Michael indicated he wouldn’t be able to have the basement ceiling textured and was unsure when he’d be able to get it done. We agreed we would hire someone else to complete that as well. We understand personal situations happen and there is a labor shortages in a lot of industries, however proactive communication could have prevented a lot of frustration on our side. It is fortunate I work from home and it did not effect a work schedule- If that wasn’t the case this would have been a much bigger problem. In the end most of the work was well done, however we wouldn’t use this company again due to the lack of communication and reliability. Updated to include text message recieved after review was posted. Note my husband was only at the home towards the end due to my frustration on the delays- so he was very clear on getting a timeline of completion of work.

Teresa - we are discouraged to hear that you had a bad experience working with us. We completely agree that communication is vital between a contractor and their customer. Customer relations are at the heart of our process, and we always try to do our best to communicate with our customers every chance we can. We understand your frustration and realize that larger renovations like yours can make people feel displaced and anxious. Given the circumstances with our family emergency, we are happy to have helped you to the capacity that we did and pleased to hear that you are happy with the work that was performed. More so, we are happy to have provided you with a beautiful custom build-out at no expense as well. We wish you the best with the remainder of your project. -Michael

Overall, we had a great experience with InfinityPro Painting and Construction. We hired them to do our upstairs bathroom remodel which was very dated. Michael was super easy to work with and he was always responsive to our needs and questions. He gave us a great price and his work was overall top quality. I would highly recommend working with him again.
