Tom was most accommodating when our Over The Range Microwave failed and needed to be replaced. He moved up his original arrival schedule to be more accommodating. Upon finding the new microwave box missing important instructions, was able to manually take measurements and make adjustments to the unit’s external ventilation to ensure the unit was properly installed and functional. All that extra effort was much more than the original scope of his work. Beyond that he disposed of the bad microwave without requesting additional compensation … the Dealer’s required $50 extra for the disposal. I strongly recommend Tom for similar applications or other challenges requiring safe and reliable installation. Pleased Customer!

Tom did excellent work for me. He installed a large drape in my living room. Verlo had delivered an adjustable bed for me & when they set it up the headboard would fall forward. Tonya’s it perfect for me now. He pulled my refrigerator out for me and cleaned the tray and underneath. He really does great work.
