Introduction: I work with a variety of people with different needs. Some are health related so their program has to fit their needs. Others are just looking to get in better physical shape and their programs will reflect that. My clients are all long term and I can't explain that. I like to think that I meet or exceed their needs when it comes to programming. The workouts vary and are always challenging.
I've been doing this for ten years and by far the people that I work with keep me motivated to do the best that I can. My one regret is that I didn't start working as a trainer sooner.
