- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard. Seller's pay for the buying realtor and the selling realtor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet with them and talk over what they want. To find out what their expectations are and share mine. I encourage them to ask lots of questions because it can be an overwhelming process. Most times, clients will have to ask the same questions over and over again and that is a good thing. It is a lot of information and hard to digest it all at once. I will help them through the process and make it as easy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been licensed in MN, WI and now TX. I've been a realtor since 2002 and taken all the education classes required plus every year we have to take continuing education classes.
