Called this morning. Super fast response in returning message, at my house by 145 pm, double driveway and sidewalk done (snow cleared!) by 2! Fantastic job, Reasonable price. Very professional! Highly recommend!

Chris Klund responded quickly to a request for service when our regular lawn service suffered medical issues and had to shutter their business for the season. I typically charge by the hour, that ways it’s fair to the customer and myself. Certain services are charged by the job depending on how frequently they want a service done, what the circumstances are before I start the job, the size of the job, and the location of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do a meet and greet so the customer and I can get aquatinted and comfortable with each other, also to get a better scope of the project through the customers eyes.
