(1) He put in wide LVP flooring on our whole main level, dealing with leveling issues and installing new subfloor in the process. Taking it from 5 different types of flooring, it streamlined the entire area. Mike is great with detail and got such a great, straight first line to work off of! I was so impressed! (2) He's also done a huge electrical project for us - installing 50 LED wafer lights across our whole house. He was able to troubleshoot many problem areas quickly and even install lighting where there was never overhead lighting. That's a huge win for us and a complete game-changer (light in the kitchen!!! Eeee!!!!!!) (3) Plumbing! He's also installed faucets for us and shut-off valves. Much appreciated because I have no idea how to do that.
