Jackson was excellent from start to finish. He is professional, knowledgeable and a very consistent communicator on work process, materials needed, and scheduling. He is efficient, and had some unexpected trouble with frozen water lines when switching out our bathroom faucet- and he tenaciously problem solved until he had it fixed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum is $250, so to maximize the value, I always recommend having a couple projects that we can work on in one visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the type of work. For larger jobs, we will walk with the customer and truly try and understand what it is the customer is looking for and see where we can add value. Normally for larger projects, we will set a date to complete the work. For smaller projects you can usually count on same day service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by multiple great mentors/contractors that have shown me how to handle projects professionally.
