My wife and myself were working in different regions and looking to relocate to the Green Bay area. I am from the Janesville area and familiar with Kim's work/attentiveness. She was extremely helpful, generous, and knowledgeable. She gave us advice and guidance about how to proceed while even being willing to travel 3.5 hours to spend the day looking at properties with us. With the competitive market numerous trips had to be made to tour properties and make offers.
