We hired GKR for a medium-sized job that included drywall, electrical, baseboard removal, kitchen island removal and painting (approx 1,100sf). Gary was very responsive with providing a quote, communicated when some unplanned issues arose during the course of the project, flexible on finding solutions and completed all agreed tasks on the timeline we discussed. Would definitely hire again!

Gary was great. It took a little longer than expected to finish the project, that was mostly due to weather and unexpected issues with my door. He did good work at fair price and was nice to work with. will hire him again in the future.

I needed someone to install heating cables on a portion of the roof of a rental property. Gary communicated often and well. I felt that he wanted a successful project. He set expectations when I changed the project spec a bit. He viewed the effort as a priority, such that he started and completed the project in poor weather (beating the snow the next day). I would hire him again.
