Marco was very professional & scheduled our job promptly. Our tech, Mark was also very professional & did a great job with installation of the baseboards.

The owner came out to view our project. He was very nice, professional, and we were really excited as he seemed to “get” what we were going for! He said, “give me a few days and I’ll have your quote done”. That seemed reasonable so we agreed. We haven’t heard from him since. He doesn’t reply to any of our numerous calls or messages. I thought “ghosting” was only a thing for dating apps!

I was going to list every screenshot of all our interactions, but it's not worth my effort. They don't communicate as ' they're on a job site ' which I get to some degree but gee idk , maybe hire someone to handle your calls/texts ? Was supposed to get a quote for a door enclosure as a different pro got my spidey sense tingling. Marco came out , we discussed everything ( I was bubbly yes but still professional and I only say this if they intend to reply back negatively) He took a plain slab Dutch door for staining and sealing.. I was told 2-3 business days . It took 18 days to get it back and never got a quote for any of the other work I'd requested. Mark has texted a few days ago as I'd been quite aggressive with their lack of communication and shoddy work on it prior to delivery telling me to was more complicated than anticipated. Sorta , it's stain . Yes it can be difficult to get a solid color everywhere I've tried before hence hiring this ' pro' but my 12 year old could do better . Pics posted. Wasn't charged in the end because I'm not 100% satisfied. Look at it , would you be? In my opinion they're too busy trying to gain new business and could care less once they've started the job . Never once in dozens of messages said you're welcome when told ' thank you ' Fairly straight forward job , their ' tech' only taped up one side of the glass when applying stain , apparently wiped some off and was too lazy to sand and try again. Stain is all over the glass on the other side Go elsewhere, you've been warned
