Toilet install: great experience with Two Kows, Tim was one of the first to respond, friendly, on time and very efficient. Great work and left my bathroom clean, no drips, like he was never there. To many people a toilet is not a big deal & no one really wants to do a simply job like that, but he took on the task & did a great job, the price was great with no hidden cost. I was very surprised when I received a 24hr check on how things were going, no one else has ever done that, they tell you, to call them, if you have any problems or concerns. Then I had an issue with the new toilet we had picked out, didn’t know it had a dual flushing system, well Tim explained it very well and sent me a video attachment to also help understand it better, which helped. Then 6 days later like he promised he contacted me again to make sure we were satisfied with the toilet ( even though we had picked it out) and his service. Yes we are 100% satisfied :) thank you for a job well done! Cynthia
