- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I see the property, I will give you a quote for mowing services. I do not give blind quotes. There can be to many unknown factors to give a blind quote. Once I see the property I will give a quote and I stand behind my quotes and my rates are fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and walk the yard with the customer. By meeting with the customer I can get and idea of the yard and what the customer is expecting and how I can best serve the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do possess a Bachelor degree and a Paralegal certificate. I have decided to take my education into being self employed. I have been mowing grass for years and I enjoy mowing the grass and making the yard beautiful.
