Since my house had aluminum siding, they suspected there might be damage, and sure enough, their inspection confirmed it.From the very beginning, they explained the process clearly. They told me what to expect, what it would cost, and assured me that they work directly with my insurance company. They even had their own public adjuster, which made the process simple and stress-free for meI didnt have to handle anything myself.The adjuster came out with his tools, marked all the damaged spots on my roof, siding, and garage, and then coordinated everything with my insurance claims adjuster. Within about two weeks, I got the call that my insurance had approved the claim, and I would be getting a brand-new roof and siding for both my house and garage.The only part I had to be involved in was choosing the colors and styles of the siding and shingles, which was honestly the fun part. Beyond that, Gold Star handled everything. They even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things out of the kindness of their hearts, which completely transformed my home.Another thing I really appreciated is that the company is bilingual (English and Spanish) and Hispanic owned and operated.
