- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION We work in multiple phases, starting with a flat-fee, feasibility phase. Design Documents can be billed on an hourly base fee, or total project fee (with not to exceed clause).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As stated before, I am a huge advocate for continuing education. Between seminars, magazine subscriptions, and community involvement projects, I make sure I am always up to date with the latest and greatest ways to incorporate new technologies into my designs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My transition from commercial architecture into residential was simple: it was my passion for design, client interaction, and ability to problem solve that led me to branching out on my own
