- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing always depends on the job. We come out and do our free in home estimate. Then, we come up with a fair and honest bid and will work with the homeowner to make sure the bid is within their budget and offer ideas on any changes or ways to spend their money in better ways throughout the remodel process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is always consult and walk through their home. But for the most part they are treated just like repeats. One thing about my customers is they feel at ease knowing we have more than just that "contractor" bond. Most of my customers are considered friends, we often have phone calls or messages just to catch up and chat. It's a good feeling knowing my customers and I finish a job with that kind of relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of remodel experience. I have 1 year of new construction experience, and between my other 3 employees we have enough knowledge to take care of any project inside or outside of your home.
