Cody was fast to respond to my interest in his facebook ad. After meeting and showing him what was needed to be done he jumped into action. They are reasonable and bid like they are hungry. Unlike other companies we have used in the past those other guys bid like they didn't want the work. Rivers Edge Repair, repaired our plumbing in our master shower and installed our home entertainment area including running cords into the wall and installing counter top. Great Job!

Cody came to our house and gave us an estimate and stated when he would be here to get the job done. I canceled my appointments to be here when he came. The appointment came and went. No word from Cody. I called him about an hour after he was due here. He apologized and then told me he didn't know if they could get the "simple" (per Cody) leak fixed today. I asked him if I needed to hire someone else and he hung up on me. My husband tried to call him and only got his voice mail. I will NEVER even think of hiring him again. I am very glad we didn't have to pay for a retainer or anything. All he had to do was call me before the time of our appointment and let me know what was going on and we would have been fine. Common courtesy is all I ask.

Hey Jennifer, I am sorry for your frustration. It was Sunday April 9 (Palm Sunday) when I came over to give you a free estimate. I told you what needed to be fixed and when we could fix it. However, due to your budget of $500 like your husband had stated, that was measly impossible. The amount of plumbing work to be done along with a new vanity and possible floor repair would reach far more than that. Instead of leading you on and doing cheap work, I figured the job may be for someone else. I have a long list of happy and repeat customers, and I am sorry you are not on it. I hope the best for your bathroom,
