Unity Fitness is a unique gym experience in that you are greeted by name every time you enter. All of the coaches are aware of your goals and the level of ability you are currently able to perform. They use this information both in the individual training sessions and the group classes to assist you in achieving those goals. Unity Fitness is the BEST gym I have ever joined and I just signed up for my second year of goal chasing !

Unity Fitness is a unique facility in that the trainers write and deliver programs designed for individual goals and abilities. I have far exceeded every goal that I have established for myself and continue to enjoy my challenging training sessions. I highly recommend Unity Fitness for all fitness levels.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate through personal training memberships. So you get more training for less!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a free consultation that we call a Strategy Session. During that hour long consult, we go over your medical history, injury history, exercise history, goals, movement assessment, and much more. After that, we are able to build the perfect program for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our coaches have a Bachelor's degree or higher in the health and fitness field. Our coaches all hold a nationally accredited certification as well. We have several years of experience in the industry as well as top-level certifications as viewed by the industry including TRX, DVRT, ACE, and more!
