FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it's a small and easy job, I charge $50 an hour, but for larger jobs, I also take my experience into account and charge by the project. With me, you get a complete service for your project: plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, floor installation, window and door installation, trim installation, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new client, I like to observe and try to understand their personality so I can interact with them effectively. I ask them what questions or concerns they have, and then I answer their questions. I also want to clarify that sometimes it's not easy to deal with people, but I do my best to understand them and make them feel comfortable with my services. Finally, I tell them that I am an honest person who likes to be paid for my work, and I don't like to cheat anyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any certificates or formal education, as I've learned from other people on the job and I've also worked with large companies, and I feel very confident in what we do.
