- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 15 minutes consultations free and diagnostics are also free. Most times if we have to open up the gear, we charge a hourly rate of $59 a hr Sometimes depending how advanced the service call is we charge as much as $199 a hr for emergency service calls. Avail 24x7
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Id start by asking what type of issue they were having. When it last worked. Then id plug it in, press the power button. We would find the issue and solve it or will choose the lower priced options to repair first. We always offer a free consultation and get clients approval before we begin on the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have memberships to a few BackHat news hacker forums, so i keep up on whatâs trending. I also read up on all the new top industry standards. Currently see more than 20 different press releases from Lenovo among others to help keep on top of emerging technologies.
