There was a problem with my Dell laptop's fan. Justin looked at the issue and was happy to explain what he was doing every step of the way, which made me feel confident about the work being done even though I am not technical at all. I chose to go Justin's home but he did offer to come to my house, and he was extremely flexible with time. Overall: professional, helpful, I left satisfied and the price was excellent. Would definitely contact again in the future, and would recommend.

Justin troubleshot what was wrong with my computer and repaired it quickly. He is very knowledgeable in many computer programs. Justin also helped me set up my new laptop and router and save pictures into folders from my email. He was very patient when explaining how to set up my laptop and answering my questions.

My Toshiba laptop was not starting. Justin offered a very reasonable price to repair it. It is now working. Justin kept in touch with me throughout the process. Justin offered additional information to me ... basically that my hard drive is close to death, I think. I feel I can count on Justin to give me good service and advice in the future.

My laptop had several pop-ups and was not performing efficiently. I called Justin to ask for advice. He said he would come over to look at it. He came over and repaired my laptop in no time! I was very impressed with how much better it worked. I would not hesitate to recommend him to someone needing help with their computer.

Justin did a great job replacing the hard drive on my old computer. He got the job done quicky, yet carefully, and preserved the programs and data on the old failing hard drive. His repair breathed new life into my computer.
