- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always up for negotiating a price. I typically have a standard fee of $35-50 for basic software/system errors. If it is a hardware error or something more advanced I typically charge between $50-$75.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have built custom computers all my life. My dad is a comp sci major and he taught me. I have also done PC repair for Staples and I work in IT Support currently.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I f this is a computer related issue, are you able to login to your computer or at least get to the login screen? If not, there is a booting issue and so I will need to physically work with your computer.
