Jim and his colleague did a great job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. They worked very efficiently and kept me well informed the whole way through - from estimate through every step of the work - great communication. They were very respectful of our home and furniture and took great care even of the furniture they were moving and not cleaning. Our upholstered furniture hasn't looked this good in years. We moved from a poorly lit house to this one that is brightly lit and I didn't even want to sit on my own furniture when I saw how dirty it was. Now I want to be on it all the time. I look forward to their next visit. I asked to be on a regular service interval with Jim because I don't want this stuff getting into the same condition again. Thanks Jim.

The service was carpeting cleaning in a house we bought but hadn't yet moved into. Primarily we wanted not only the carpets cleaned but a few rust stains removed. B&J was totally professional and we will keep this business on our list for future occasions.

Jim was wonderful to work with. He was so friendly and flexible to meet the needs of my crazy schedule and was very professional to explain the process. I was delighted he uses green and eco friendly solutions to clean the carpet especially with young children. I was absolutely amazed at the results. My white carpeting was trashed with pet stains, heavy dirt, smoke, dust and I had little hope it would get much better. Not only did he get out the stains but it looks like brand new carpeting!! I just couldn't believe my eyes. And all within just a few hours. I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting clean and safe carpets, especially getting those stubborn stains out. Amazing!!
