- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. We don't have a standard price as every building (house, apartment, office) is unique that it can vary due to # of occupants, traffic, # of fixtures, furniture, types of surfaces etc. The best is to conduct walk thru to determine a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether be over the phone or in person; we tailor our service based on the clients needs and wants. (1) Take a Tour (2) Address clients questions and concerns. (3) Review our services. (4) Customize Clients service needs and wants, and (5) We inform clients about scheduling options and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education we have is based on a 20 years of combined work experience related to the science of cleaning. We have acquired our training by doing an extensive research, reading books, magazines, chemistry journals on the best cleaning practices and have placed this extensive research and knowledge into practice.
