The owner was very responsive. I made a mistake with booking, and they were patient and able to fit me in just two days later.
The cleaning crew was 40 minutes late. It was not a time critical clean, but this is outside the company's 30 minute policy so should be noted.
The clean they were hired to do was a post construction. The construction company had already been in and did one round, so the business was not in horrible shape. The team did a light clean. There was still dust on counter surfaces and black streaks on some of the counters when they were done. I took a wet rag to the counter, and the mark came right off; it was clear little effort had been put into cleaning the surfaces. There were still some small pieces of trash on the floor. The worker who seemed to be in charge did a nice job in the bathroom.
In summary I would recommend for a light clean. If considering for anything else, I would have a direct conversation with the owner about what to expect and priority areas.

I asked for service super last minute (just a day before), and they still generously accommodated me. The team worked quickly, but that didn’t mean the quality was lacking at all. I even asked for some extra touches, like the drawer frames, and they were very willing and generous about it. Definitely planning to use their service again!
