At CleanZone Wisconsin, our pricing is transparent and tailored to each home or business. Rates are based on square footage, service type (standard, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out), and the overall condition of the space. We offer preferred pricing for recurring clients and clearly defined add-on services such as ovens, refrigerators, and interior windows. A small reservation deposit may be required and is always applied toward the final total. There are no hidden fees—everything is explained upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At CleanZone Wisconsin, our process begins with a brief consultation to understand the space, expectations, and priorities. Once a customer contacts us through the app, we promptly send a message directly within the platform and also send a text message to the phone number they registered, ensuring clear and timely communication. We then follow up with a phone call to answer questions, confirm details, and provide a personalized recommendation—often suggesting a deep cleaning for first-time clients to establish a high standard. Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the service, confirm all details, and deliver a thorough, professional cleaning. After the service, we discuss maintenance options to keep the space consistently clean.
