I asked for specific items to be cleaned: floors bathrooms and dusting. They spent most of the time cleaning the kitchen which was not what I requested. The floors in only two rooms were done. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned. The kitchen faucet settings were changed and I cannot get them back to what I need. They also sprayed water into the vent on my ice machine which short-circuted it and is now broken. I am VERY unimpressed.
