- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Potential customers should monitor my facebook page as I will often list specials there. The cost does not include tax or tip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers usually call or text me the date and number of hours they wish to hire me. I will text or return their call before the end of the day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in education for thirty years, so I have honed a social ability to connect with my customers and respect their boundaries. I also drove a dump truck in college for a cement company. More practically though, I have provided over 1,400 trips with zero accidents.
