The company was very responsive to our needs. The finish product looks amazing especially the flashing around the chimney and they did an amazing job keeping the site clean. They didnt just leave they made sure everything was picked up to the best of their ability. They were able to be very flexible with what we needed. They did their best to make every request work. When a tree fell on my elderly mother's home and caused extensive damage to the roof, windows, siding, fascia, and gutters, The Exteriors Company was there every step of the way.From my first call with Ryan to my final conversation with Jermaine, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. We suffered roof and siding damage from a hail storm in the spring, after we had already planned to host a bridal shower and wedding in the coming summer and fall. Almost 100k damage and repairs made us question whether we should reconsider hosting. However, we put our faith in Ryan and his team. Everything came off without a hitch and none of the landscaping suffered during the construction.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Exteriors Company provides free no-obligation inspections for all of our services. Not only will we provide you with a complete scope of the project and what it might entail, but we will also help you better plan for your potential investment long-term! Unlike many other exterior remodeling companies, we also offer a number of different financing options to make your project as budget friendly as possible, while still making sure you are getting exactly what you want for your home!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is for us is to speak with the homeowner and familiarize ourselves as much as possible with the project at hand. This will include a brief phone call with our appointment coordinator, followed by an in-person 60-90 minute free inspection with one of our exterior technician experts. By the end of the inspection, we will leave you with a down-to-the-penny written estimate of what your investment would be.
