We provide free inspections and customized estimates based on the condition of the roof and the scope of work. Pricing reflects material selection, installation complexity, and long-term performance rather than one-size-fits-all packages. Discounts may be available for certain groups, such as seniors or veterans, depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an inspection and a straightforward conversation about the condition of the roof. If repair is sufficient, we recommend that. If replacement is the better option, we explain the reasons and outline the available paths forward. When work is needed, we provide a clear quote and handle permitting, scheduling, and installation. Related components such as gutters or flashing are addressed as part of the overall system rather than treated separately. Throughout the process, we focus on clear communication and minimal disruption.
