- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with customer to know each other first. Then, we choose a topic in which the customer is interested in, and then we can chat about it, while talking I will check pronunciation and the use of the words on a correct context. I will give to the customer a list of words he/she could learn, and then we can practice in a second class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the last 9 years, I´ve been working with several people by helping them on solve problems in math, physics and chemistry, so I liked to teach to people what I know. I have a PhD degree in engineering. I like to teach people to speak spanish.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be prepared with a topic of their interest. If they have no idea with what topic they want to start to learn spanish, I can start by making them some basic questions.
