My husband and I worked with Helga from states away and I had no doubts that our wedding music would work out perfectly. She was very responsive to our emails and was a helpful guide through the multitude of wedding songs! Her years of experience is evident in her professionalism and great skill.
Working with Matt for our wedding ceremony was such an amazing experience. He was so open to my ideas and what I was looking for. He gave us such a great piece of mind that our ceremony would be wonderful. We were so lucky to have hired Matt to play guitar at our wedding. He is so talented, kind, and such a professional individual to work with. He helped create the perfect ceremony setting! We would recommend him to anyone looking for such a great person to work with. Every guest at our wedding thought he was fantastic and were so impressed! We loved working with Matt, I am so glad we hired him to make the best day of our lives even more magical! Thank you!
Lyle did a great job playing acoustic guitar for our wedding ceremony. He was reasonably priced, punctual, and easy to contact throughout our planning process, and he really "got" the sound we wanted.
Hello: I am writing this review about a true professional in his fields. David Lawrence was our wedding photographer and did a outstanding job. My wife and I felt very comfortable working with him as not only did the pictures turn out great but the way David took time to set up the best shots which were taken outside. David Lawrence is a natural when it comes to photography. David Lawrence also did music at our wedding in which he sang and played guitar. David Lawrence is also a top notch song writer and guitar player along with keyboards. You gotta her this guy sing and play. My Wife and I had the pleasure of being executive producers on a CD project David recorded in 2012 called Reflexions. I would strongly recommend David Lawrence if you a looking for a photographer or need a highly talented musician. Sincerely, Mike
NSB did an amazing job at our wedding. Our Dj was very professional and very responsive. The interaction with our guests was excellent. He got us all up dancing. An amazing variety of music, along with any "special requests ". Definitely a crowd pleaser. I would recommend NSB for any occasion.
The Rockford Symphony Orchestra hired Brassworks to perform at its annual fundraising gala. Mark Olen is a remarkable person, an excellent musician, and a consummate professional. He was very prompt in responding to any inquiries we had, and flexible in programming. My organizing committee members have heaped praise upon me for my good taste in selecting Brassworks. Dozens of attendees commented on how much they enjoyed the music at our event. The musicians were spirited and engaging. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Olen again. Anything he says he can do, he will do well. Overall, an A+.
Amazing band with great talent! They put on a great show and keep the crowd going! Highly recommend!
I hired them for my boyfriends birthday party ....they are an amazing band and great ppl....everyone liked them so much that the bar owner where we had the party contacted me for their Info so they can hire them to play on band nights......I would recommend them a million times.....I just want to thank them for making his birthday memorable. ...awesome band awesome members....
I highly recommend the Driveway Thriftdwellers. They absolutely killed it for my dad's surprise 60th birthday celebration! We invited 60 family and friends, ages 18-80, to party at our lake cottage. Even with this eclectic group, the guys were able to keep the whole party singing and dancing the entire evening. They played an awesome variety of Americana/Alt-Country music, mixing in original songs and covers from Tom Petty, Rolling Stones and Merle Haggard. Everyone loved them, even my dad, who is extremely picky about his live music. They truly helped take the surprise party to the next level. They're a great group of guys, professional, easy to work with and an awesome price for a full 5-piece band. They have quickly become the go-to entertainment for all of our parties, small or large. Prestige Entertainment did an awesome job at our wedding. Everyone at our wedding enjoyed the music selection and everyone was on the dance floor. I still have people telling me how much they loved the music at our wedding. Thanks so much for making our wedding day special and memorable
Dr. Rock was a high energy band! The conga line was so much fun! If you get the chance, go check Dr. Rock out!
The guys did a great job! They played throughout a rain storm with high spirits and even added bonus tracks to supplement for the unfortunate weather. The crowd was pleased with their performance.
Excellent DJ Service and a reasonable price.

I can't say enough about this band! Everyone at the party enjoyed the music and the dance floor was always packed. The band was very accommodating to all of our requests and worked very well with the property owners on sound levels and times. Thanks again to all the band members and the sound guy for an awesome night.....catch you on the FLIP SIDE!!!! - Alyssa
Dear Mike and Dave, Thank you both so much for a wonderful evening of entertainment. As the event planner for our company it is always hard to know what type of entertainment will work with our large and diverse group needless to say you guys knocked it out of the park. First with the Jazz music during our social and dinner, then with the dueling pianos after dinner. I love how you worked the crowd and got everyone involved the best was the little cow bell competition you started between both of our presidents! It is always a good time when you can see top executives of a company let loose and have fun. :) Everyone had such a blast, I will definitely keep you guys at the top of my list for next time.
Bobby worked for me as a Dj off an on for 15 yrs I highly recommend him to do an outstanding job wherever he goes!!

I life coach children and adults with instrumental music. Trumpet is my main instrument. I teach clinics at schools and universities and have a one-man show to promote positive music to children and adults. My band could range in size depending upon the event.

Artist Bio Funny name. Great band! Most groups start with rock and pop and play blues when they run out of material. They start with blues because it's the basis for all-American pop music since early in the last century, then they take great material and do it the way they think it fits for the band. For 22 years, Chainsaw Curtis and the Creepers have been playing a distinctive brand of roadhouse blues, rock 'n' roll, and R&B music all over Wisconsin, northern Illinois, and eastern Iowa. More about Chainsaw Curtis and the Creepers Curt Rodeheaver started playing music on the piano at age nine and picked up the guitar at thirteen. Gigs for high school dances led to his first nightclub work in 1970. He continued to play in bands and in 1981 in Ithaca, New York with band mate Glenn Davis and started a weekly Blue Monday jam session at a night club called the Nines, which is still going today. According to Living Blues magazine, it's one of the longest continuously running jams in the country. In 1989, Curt moved to Southern Wisconsin from upstate New York to open the Silver Moon Blues Oasis in Darien. He got the name Chainsaw from a line in the Huey Lewis song "Cool Is the Rule (But Sometimes Bad is Bad)." The Creepers started as the house band at the Moon backing artists from Chicago. Curtis would occasionally take the band out of the club and do gigs in other area venues. When Curt left the Moon in 1993, he continued to book the band in clubs, at festivals, and parties. There have been many Creepers over the years (more than 35!). The first Creepers album, Too Much Like Work, was released in 1996 and included eight original pieces and three covers. Dave Luhrssen of the Milwaukee Shepherd Express called it one of the best locally produced blues albums. Curt's song "Nine Months of Winter" got to 102 on the Garageband.com over all charts in a field of more than 20,000 songs. The 2000 release Pantloads of Fun included eight original songs by Curt. John Noyd of Maximum Ink magazine called Pantloads a "smokey barbecue reminiscent of ZZ Top and Los Lobos." Chainsaw Curtis is currently working on material for his third album - (Tragedy's Easy) Comedy's Hard. The Creepers have more than a hundred years of experience on stage. There is video of the band on our Reverbnation page. It's blues! It's electric folk! It's American music! Crank it up.
