- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accommodate each customer's needs and budget, and we'll offer several estimate options that fit you best -- we consider them "good, better, best" options for you, and let you decide. We also offer financing options with various interest rates and payment terms -- all designed for you to choose what works best for you. We also offer $1,000 off any roof replacement for all veterans and first responders. We believe in supporting those who have supported our community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first call will be with our call center to get all your contact information, information about your property, and understand your needs and timing. From there, we'll schedule a time to come out and meet in person, as well as do a complete roof inspection. After determining potential courses of action, we'll discuss those options with you to set a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the roofing business for many years, so I've seen a lot of the issues we face here in Wisconsin. We also participated through about eight weeks of training to be able to run our franchise business, including special back of the house and field roof trainings. We also have our Wisconsin roofing license, and are fully insured to ensure the proper care is taken for your property.
