Our fee varies depending on the type, location, size, price etc. of real estate we are working with. We are priced competitively, and offer significantly more value for our fee than the competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process often starts with a phone call, and after some discussion about a customer's needs/timing, we often decide to meet in person at the property in question.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've gone through rigorous professional training, both through my brokerage and beyond it. In order to best serve my clients, my team needs to be constantly aware of the market and honing our professional skills whether that be studying updated forms, utilizing new technology, or studying market data.
