- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends upon what the service is that is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call each new customer and explain the process that we use depending upon the service needed. We are in constant communication throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We not only keep current with Continuing Education (CE) classes, but we host CE classes throughout the year for insurance agents. All our technicians are IICRC WRT nationally certified.
