Ryan was great to work with. He was initially very responsive to my urgent need to get my carpet cleaned on short notice. Given the short notice and the urgent need, he fit me in and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Ryan's Carpet Care.

Ryan was very professional and took his work seriously. He said to call if I had any concerns or questions. He did not hurry the job and explained the process and products he used. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have carpets cleaned.

Came with an intern which was nice to hear his explanations of the job and what to look for and how to fix problem areas. Discussed options and solutions for cleaning our carpet. Got pet urine out of carpet. YEAH! Really checked over the carpet before he left to be sure it was to his and my satisfaction. I would use the service again.

Ryan arrived as expected. H walked through the areas needing cleaning then took time to explain different types of cleaning methods and what would work best with my carpet because of type of carpet, the wear patterns and how dirty they were (or weren't) and recommended which cleaning method to use. He worked quickly but thoroughly and did a very nice job. My carpets look great! I would certainly hire him again. In fact, a family member with a 3-bed home is looking at hiring him for cleaning their carpets, too.

Ryan was great. He was very knowledgeable about even the microscopic structure of the carpet. He did an excellent job on my rug with pet stains and made my couch look like new! I'll definitely use him in the future!
