Our experience with Tanya was great! Tanya is very helpful with making decisions and making sure everything works together. She is always aware that there is a budget and has ideas and connections to help stick to that budget. We did use many of the people that she recommended (tile, plumbing, drywall) and they were all great. It was very helpful to have someone with good design sense be involved in the project, it prevented rework and definitely resulted in a better project.

I could not have done my kitchen remodel without Tanya at TK Designs & Consulting! From the very first time we met, throughout the entire project, Tanya was professional, not pushy, open to my concerns, and very responsive to all of the issues that came up. There were several surprises under the subflooring, and behind the wall studs. She and the crew that did the work were great regarding explaining the issue and how to correct it properly. I felt very confident of all of the tradesmen (plumber, electrician, drywall, flooring, tiling, and contractor). Tanya was easy to work with, and texted or called me in a very timely manner. She was so creative too. I am absolutely giddy with my beautiful new kitchen!

We had kind of passively listed our condo for sale this past Spring and had some interest, but no offers. We decided to get a bit more aggressive and cleaned up and de-cluttered the place and then had it staged by Tanya. She was fantastic. Not only were we pleased with the way out condo was staged, we had several showings and renewed interest after we did so and just 10 days after we had the staging completed we had and accepted offer. Working with Tanya was super easy and she incorporated some of our ideas with her own ... we couldn't have asked for more or better results.

We had Tanya in to paint our 3 children's bedrooms. She did a phenomenal job!
She was very professional and was in constant communication with my various questions and concerns.
We look forward to having Tanya back to help us with various other designs to our new home. :)
